Welcome to Residential Wellness. By engaging our Personal Assistance Services (PAS), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Our agency provides non-medical home care support designed to promote independence and comfort within your residence. As a private-pay agency, all services are billed directly to the client or their designated representative in accordance with our current fee schedule. We require a signed Service Agreement prior to the commencement of care, which outlines specific hours, tasks, and caregiver assignments. Residential Wellness reserves the right to adjust service plans based on changing client needs or safety considerations. Clients are responsible for providing a safe working environment for our caregivers. Cancellation & Rights
Residential Wellness is committed to providing consistent and reliable care while respecting our clients' autonomy and rights. We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for all service cancellations to avoid a cancellation fee. As a licensed PAS agency, we uphold the highest standards of client dignity, including the right to receive respectful care, the right to participate in care planning, and the right to privacy and confidentiality regarding all medical and personal information.
