Our Story
Residential Wellness was created from a place of family, compassion, and lived experience. As sisters, Rachel and Datra have always shared a deep commitment to caring for the people they love. That commitment became even more personal when our father needed support at home. We stepped into the role of caregivers, coordinating his care and managing daily needs.
Those experiences shaped the foundation of Residential Wellness.
With Rachel’s expertise as a Registered Nurse and Datra’s degrees in business administration and management, we combined our skills to build an agency centered on the values we wanted for our own family: respect, reliability, and genuine care.
Residential Wellness exists because we have lived this journey ourselves. We know what families need because we have been that family. Our mission is to provide care that is safe, compassionate, and truly centered on the individual. We are proud to serve families across the Dallas and Fort Worth community with the same standard of care we would want for our own loved ones.
